He might be a drop-shipper

I didn't look at his auctions to see if this is true...but there are a lot of ebay sellers that don't ever take posession of what they are selling. They simply find "good deals" out on the WWW and run an auction with a spread to cover costs and make a profit. I think that is technically against ebay rules but it is widespread. In fact, there are some companies that create catelogs to be used by drop-shippers.

A buddy of mine bought a golf bag off ebay. It was shipped directly from Amazon. He then went there and realized that they had it for $30 cheaper.... Doh!
