A heavy brass $10 slot token from Primadonna Casino in Jean Nevada. Nobody lives in Jean; casino later called its town Primm. Primadonna has been closed for about 15 years now.

Undated but 1993 according to Janice's list. Mintmark CT. Condition is Almost Uncirculated. Other side has large $10. If you haven't seen one, $10 tokens are almost 1¾" in diameter.
