This black chip looks like MD to me; look at the serifs at the top of the second character.

No listing in MD in The Gaming Table. There is a MO though, same mold, attributed to a Wisconsin cigar store. I suspect it is because the recipient's name was Mike Ochetti.

I'd like to see a new listing in TGT, or a correction if the authors agree this one is OD and went to the WI address.
