Im sure others can tell you more about this but these were made up for the convention and the person that wins it in a raffle gets this and can get $25 in Free stuff at any table... I think everyone kept it though? One guy sold it for $50 the second he won it... They made 50 total and giving out only 8 a year for the next 5 years. this is numbered 006
