I believe this is the same guy that posted this:

He just used a different name and email address. I suspect this because he used the incorrect tense of sell/sale in both posts....and it came from the same IP . Of course David Sarles posted a SOLD sign on the above before I could call his bluff. I was in email communications with him when he promptly stopped after being presumably sold to David.
