Starting a few months ago, the MLife players club (all MGM Entertainment casinos) changed the rules on the top level NOIR membership. There is still a minimum point accumulation to advance to this level but now you must be recommended by a Vice President. It appears to me that if you gather too many points without leaving enough in the machines, you won't make NOIR. I have the points (as in the past couple of years) but Hosts have not been able to get me a NOIR invite.

It appears the new NOIR cards may become harder for collectors to find, maybe as hard as the Caesars Entertainment exclusive top level (above 7Stars). Just a note of warning to slot card collectors to watch for new varieties of NOIR cards; they may be hard to trade for from now on.
