I recently received a lot of 40 or so chips & tokens & amongst it was this Lodge $2.50......well I thought it was until I went to "condition check it" against the one in my collection before sending it off to the trader stock. Turns out its a ......well.....a nothing! I have had it under a magnifying glass & even a USB microscope & I can see no trace of any text that may have been on the chip.
It has definitely seen table play but no where near as much as the one in my collection.

So the question is...has any one encountered this before? Do you know if the text rubs off this chip easily? Could this be duplicated easily?

Here's the other one in my collection. Well used but still with full text intact. Sorry but the AJ holo doesn't show up, very early scan on different scanner.
