On 3/28/13 there was a Palms $1 chip listed on the NGC approved chip report listed as "1.00 logo primary rack dolphin blue both sides"

Has this chip been released to the tables or is it just a re order of the last? Since Palms uses a house mold, I don't recall them releasing a chip with the hat & cane or other manufacturers mark....

Any one seen this chip?
