It appears to be a -pace/ace/space machine

with emphasis on the Space. The reel cabinet has a stamp on it for 1965 space mfg co. serial no 000165.

Just read an article that they didn't last long as pace machines, because they were notorious for randomly emptying their hoppers. They were the first company to introduce the open face slot machine.
