It depends on the category. Some categories...like electronics go as low as 4% I believe. Collectables (chips) used to be 9% for auction and 11% for fixed price. They changed it a month or so ago to make it 10% for either. They changed it to make it more streamlined and easier for you and me . They are always looking out for our best interest!
