Since eBay claims that they are not able to ~~~
In Response To: eBay Bans Cuban Collectibles ()

~~~ detemine or varify when an item was removed from [CUBA] -- clearly states that they are uninformed and perhaps reaching out.
In our case; casino chips, we have manufacturer/distributor records detailing production dates/shipping... and in some cases such as one St-Johns series, we know the material never left the USA but only wound up in collectors' hands.
Personally... I'm all for whatever it takes for A FREE CUBA, but in this case I believe eBay Auctions might just be a bit confused (uninformed) regarding what "originates" in Cuba... Certainly not the majority of gambling chips within our hobby.
I'm confident corrections will be made in the very near future.
The embargo was justified as a reaction...
what ban?
eBay's ban is stricter than the U.S. embargo?
It's a prophylactic measure
Apparently not!
Which chip...?
