Gaming International only sells the license to the casinos and cruise ships (which includes the promotional material and the packets with the tri-fold/strategy cards). There have been a few cases where the casino bought the license and never used the promotion (and I’m guessing the materials were destroyed).

Gaming International does not care about the chips since they have no involvement in what chips the casino uses in the packets.

Now if anyone has one of these chips with the Princess Cruises House Mold, I REALLY NEED IT for my collection.
