This appears to be a key fob or pendent from the Feather Falls Casino in Oroville, CA. I've never seen a $100 chip or token from there so I don't know if this is a good representation of the front side of them. The item is only about .02" thick. Here is a Feather Falls $2.50 for comparison.

My only other find today was a $1 Castaways chip - glued onto a belt buckle.
