The only way to get one is to follow a dealer after he leaves the table. you have to stop them. They are very protective of the $4 drop chip. You have to give them more than a tip. Basically a bribe. They take you to a part of the casino which if far away from the action and probably not in full view of the camera. I paid $10 each for my three.
