Find it hard to believe that the Gaming Control Board has nothing better to do than testing cage employees. I was in Vegas earlier this week and had no problems whatsoever buying chips from the cage at several casinos, including the MGM, Arizona Charlie's Decatur, Venetian, Palazzo, and the Quad. The Palms and the Four Queens declined to sell me anything. So who's right?
