FYI...

The Post Office has restrictions on mailing flammables, including matchbooks. While we have seen some collectors around here mail onesie and twosie books through the mail, it is quite different to send 250 matchbooks as a single lot.

If you declare them at the window, they will probably be rejected. If you don't and they are found in the remains of an aircraft mishap, there are harsh penalties.

I do believe that ground transportation has different rules for accepting flammables.
