Plaques can be tough to value.
Unless something is extremely rare or unique, most collectors will only pay a decent price if it is well nigh perfect.
This particular one (and others from that series) may be a bit of an anomaly. They are not that rare but there is sufficient demand from collectors (including europeans) because it is Monte Carlo, that it keeps the price of the nice condition ones up.
