Currently there is no rule in the club about selling or advertising a chip for sale that has been modified, as long as its properly noted when sold.

Should we pursue anthing more?

Keep in mind that if you alienate those that follow the current rules you are asking for people to no longer properly disclose these types of modifications and in effect make things worse.

What Heritage is doing is EXACTLY what we ask our own members to do in that situation.

Just one of those catch 22's we need to consider.
