I used to think that too...but if you call or do anything with the name/number at the casino, the first thing they do is for you to verify address or other information..which people don't have. If I had your name and number on your sample card what exactly could I do with it?

The white pages has peoples names, address and phone, I think that is REALLY a privacy issue....
