I have to admit that I spoke too soon. You've convinced me! I've been looking at your post more closely, and now I've spotted the connections. The raid at the White Horse that gives the other address, and the white horse pictured on the matchbook with the Casino name. Great work as usual by our anonymous friend of the hobby. I'll be moving my Casino matchbook up from the back of the binder.
