Would you please try clicking the envelope-logo-button-email-link, found on all eBay auction pages. Tell me if it works when you click it. I had found it handy in the past, but it is dead for me the last two days. It is that little gray envelope logo next to the Facebook and Twitter logo buttons, at the upper right corner of the listing page. Seen here:
