The last few times I have been to A.C., I have been during the "off" season, so I think this will be great:

"The LandShark Bar & Grill will be situated on 200 feet of beach frontage, and will be the only year-round, full-service bar and restaurant on the beach."

The view water views from the Boardwalk is beautiful year round.

I read in the NY Post that the "Margaritaville" gaming area will be slots machines only, so I don't think there will be chips.
