I provided a link a few days ago to this auction. I bought the item primarily for the display.

...Anyway, here are a bunch of chips of unknown origin. I tried to brighten up the scan so that you could see what is under the cancel a little more clearly. You can see Flimingo, Bally's, Golden Gate, Horseshoe & many others.

I BELIEVE these are a failed attempt by somebody to make counterfeit chips. I could be wrong though (I usually am).

I will sell these for $1.50/chip. If you want the entire lot, I'll sell it to you for $35 shipped.
