It's not about the regulation about chips leaving the premises ... it's about the constant complaints by some to the GCB regarding their inability to secure multiple numbers of chips. As Gene Trimble has indicated... the GCB is in place for casinos to run their gaming business according to regulations in place... not to supply chips to chip dealers and chip collectors and to field complaints about the numbers of chips being made available to individuals.
