I purchased a single chip from Charles recently and was somewhat deflated when his envelope arrived sans chip. It appeared the chip had wiggled its way out of his bubble wrap and popped out of the bottom corner of the larger envelope. (I'm convinced there's a postmaster somewhere whose chip collection rivals anyone on this board!) Feeling bad about the situation, I offered to split the loss with him, but instead Charles offered up a replacement for me and mailed it out post haste. Thank you Charles for taking care of the situation and demonstrating the high-caliber qualities of CCGTCC's members! I appreciate your integrity.
