Someone posted on the board a couple of months ago that postal employees had been instructed that anything in a bubble mailer (not a bubble mailer inside something else) was to be priced at the parcel rate, which is $2.07 for up to 3 ounces. I had heard the same thing. I just find it hard to believe that after all this time, they can't agree on what the right price is.
