I understood the Nevada rule to be that the manufacturer must be identifiable, not that the logo must appear on the chip. There are no UV marks on either of the new Atlantis $1 chips. I can't find any mark on the latest LE chips from GSR and Montbleu either, which I'm sure are ICON. The new Paulson chips from CVI don't have any visible or UV logo. Hat & cane is owned by and can only be used by Paulson, so that's probably sufficient. But I have no idea what identifies the maker of these ceramic chips.
