I can't speak to the name or what they are operating under...

But, I can tell you that the sale, or purchase, of CHIPCO to PGI was announced back in the middle of January 2013.
I believe that the PGI owners/company were in Maine collecting assets from Chipco and moving them all to Florida where PGI is located.
