So I dropped one twenty down and shouted " Change only" and they quickly slid a barrel(20 $1 chips) my way. I place 3 on pass line and soon after dropped another twenty, repeated the same order but thinking they would probably give me 4 reds but they slid me another 20 $1 !! My pass paid so i scooped up my $6 bucks (probably a 5 & 1 I don't recall). As I wished everyone good luck the dealer said politely but firm "Sir Color up" at this point I am shoving all the chips in my pocket and walking away, they were shouting at me to color up but I walked fast to the back exit, once there I never looked back and ran !! I read later on the CB that they ran out of 1.00 chips right before they closed and had to order more to last till closing day, not sure if thats true or not but then mine were right before pre order, most were in great shape But i have other issues with security at the Mirage over chip harvesting. They just dont understand our hobby or what we will do to acquire them !! I bet there are some good stories out there !! I heard one about a guy sewing pockets in his jacket for roullie chips. having fun as always
