First of All, you guys do an amazing job with the Chip Guide. If not for this invaluable resource, I probably wouldn't be collecting chips. Secondly, I've been sending in Nev chip scans sporadically but noticed that none have been uploaded the past three weeks. I've gotten a few confirmations of receipt. Is it because you're backlogged?
