Three or four or five years ago. The PITA factor depends largely on the amount of luggage that you have, because you have to shuttle to the car rental center...unload all your stuff, then get it onto another shuttle to go to Fox.

BUT...some of their cars show a lot more wear than cars from the other rental places. The first car we got kind of reminded me of the old Gold Spike, it smelled like it might have been a party-car for a bunch of kids...and hadn't been cleaned . We kept it long enough to get several people & luggage to the hotel, then traded it for a different car. It smelled better, but it had higher mileage than we usually see on a rental.
