I kind of agree with u David.
People use the chip rack as a guide. Then found its a guide for buying chips from dealers. So they think have to half the price to make it a real market price.
But what's the point to put a dealer's price on the guide? Why not just write down all LTD $5 worth $7.99 to dealer.
A sold by auction price is the real price to me. Don't u agree?
