I will give you $175 for the Rainbow Club, both Marina, and both Nob Hill. I think some of your prices are off the mark. I was using TCR 14 to make estimates, for an offer. An example: it has Rainbow Club as a J $50-$59 and you are asking $75. 150% of book value. $30 is probably more realistic.
