I see very few posts about the annual banquet at the convention and just wanted to remind everyone to attend. It is always a lot of fun. There is always an interesting speaker, we hope to have a raffle this year and for the second year it will be a sit down meal where you have your choice of three entries. The sitdown meals were very well received last year and the food was great. You can register online and you must do the preregistration since you have to pick up your ticket with the preregistration package. No walk ins allowed. The club does not make any money on this event but it does help a LOT towards our catering requirements for the Southpoint when we are working with the casino on other charges including room rates, etc for the next year.
