The Handbook does not have a list of tokens, it is a guide for collecting tokens. Talks about the history, some legal things, collecting, grading, cataloging etc... There are some examples of tokens in black and white, there is no mention that I can see of the Horseshu, in the illustrations list it does not list the Horseshu.
