to think that people won't ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

I think a lot of it is just ignorance.

I used to say I would only ship to the US.. just because I thought the hassle and cost just wasn't worth it. Then I had a French chip collector beg me to sell some chips to him and he would pay the extra postage.

Just a simple customs form that took all of 30 seconds to complete. Also, I was amazed at how Inexpensive it cost to ship to Europe..just a bit more than we pay for shipping in the US..
