Start-->Run-->dxdiag-->Enter
Go to the Start button and Run then type in dxdiag and hit Enter
Click Yes or No to the dialog box ( makes no difference)
The next screen will show you the spoecifications of your computer. Compare that to what are the minimum requirements of the program you are using.
Generally , image programs like lots of RAM, so the bigger your numbers are, the better.
Take a screen shot of the window by pressing ALT + Print Screen ( this just captures the active window, not the full screen).
Open a word document and using CTRL+V , paste the image into word.
