Another interesting find for Texas collectors

I've had these chips for a while and had attributed them to San Antonio. While my research is still ongoing I can say with certainty that the Navy Club was in San Antonio and its associated with some of the more well known "Sportsmen" of the time, Tom Moore and Slim Lambert, to name a couple but other than the chips, I had no idea what the "106" stood for, until this weekend.

Killing time jumping around some of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown San Antonio, I came across two boxes of cards. One was completely empty and the other only had a few cards in it. I just about knocked everything over trying to get them!

As my research continues, I thought I'd share this with other Texas collectors who might have these chips.
