Ruhl (NICE) used to have a room in the cellar with both side games and slots (one wheel but never open) that attracted Italian Nationals during the day (San Remo was closed that summer) and whenever I decided to venture upstairs I was always turned away because I didn't have proper shoes (which I paid $400 for down the road ).
