Joe, that's a tuff one! I love the kind of place you are talking about, but rarely see one in any city. Olive's in Bellagio is a very nice place with up close views of the fountains and good food, but no dancing. The Eiffle Tower restaurant in Paris has great views and good food, but no dancing.
