tens of thousands of $$$ worth!!!! i would like to know what plaques worth that much. are you buying a cash value plaque?

i am sure to do registered mail for some very rare chips which i can't give explaination if it goes missing during mail and someone paying hundreds of dollars for it as we all responsible for packing and sending the item in a safe way.
