If they wanted to do the right thing they never would have taken the chip to begin with. I highly doubt you will get it back.

This has happened to Steve Bedo when he had a tournament at the Venetian, it has happened at the South Point with the club tournament. Also happened at the Palms. And now at the El Cortez. I'm sure I am missing a tournament or two where it also happened.
