The Lodge is (or was, maybe) a Hotel with Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado. I was there many years ago, more than 10. My guess would be this is a tournament chip. The last time I was there the maximum bet allowed by law was $5.00. That may be changed now. The cheaper places had $2 minimum and $5 maximum blackjack. The fancy places had $5 minimum and $5.00 maximum bets. I don't recall if there were craps or roulette tables, but there were other card games.
