The fact is that a sale takes place when a buyer and a seller agree on a price. I don't have a problem with making a BIN offer. If the seller is happy then so be it.

On the other side, I just received a somewhat rare Tropicana Cuba chip today from an Ebay auction where the seller either didn't know or concealed the fact that the inlay on one side of the chip was loose. Am I going to compalain about it? No because sometimes you get a great deal and sometimes the other guy gets a great deal. It all works out in the end.
