Jewelery dealers will pay you about $500 an ounce for 10k gold ($25 a pennyweight), so .34 troy ounces would be around $170. The silver is worth maybe $10. You will probably have to separate the two parts of the token to get them to buy it for scrap. If you refined the gold part to .900 fine, you could probably get $200 for it (not worth it unless you have a lot of it).
Caesars will pay you $100 for it at the cage.
A collector will pay maybe $120 to $150 for it if they collect hundreds. These are scarce but not rare. I have a couple of them (one in a plastic display).
