I just received this token in the mail. Wondering if anyone out there has a rough idea as for value.

Here is what I know, $100 face value. Made of silver outer ring. Made of 10K gold on inside plan chit. And now after weighing it the total weight comes to .68. So I would go with gold weight of .34 and silver weight of .34 . So main question is, what is the inside 10K gold weight of .34 oz worth ? Can you show me how you come to that value ?
