Pages 1, 2 and 3 - all chips are $4.00 each or $3.00 each for 10 or more chips. Up to 5 chips postage is $2.00. 6 chips or more actual postage charges will be added to your order.

Page 4 - all chips are $5.00 each plus $2.00 flat rate shipping charge per order.
