I've booked our room (convention block), made sure our memberships are up to date, volunteered us for several shifts, started looking for what movies are being released around the convention, checking restaurant menus, looking online for discount coupons, etc., etc., etc.
And COMPLETELY FORGOT to preregister.....Holy Easter egg Batman!
