Since the South Point is so far away from the strip, I can't see me even staying there.

I could probably give you dozens of reasons why to stay there. It is convenient to your room if you want to rest, wash up or put things away. You get a discount through the clubs room block and it helps support the club.

I stay at the SP several times a year. I can be anywhere I want in about 20 mins. I would never stay anyplace else and hope the convention stays there for years to come.

Besides what does staying there have to do with day passes?
