The red and yellow you show are from the primary rack. The red and green you mention are back up chips and were never in play so they are not redeemable. The chip I've seen from the dig are dull, discolored and many are warped. The chips you show appear to be dull and discolored (pink, stains on the yellow) and I'm almost sure they are dig chips. Chips that are not from the dig are redeemable and Archie could tell you more about that.
